Elektrotechnische Geräte Böhlitz-Ehrenberg GmbH (EGB) is a traditional Leipzig company with an impressive history dating back to its foundation in 1925. The former managing partner, Peter Papla, headed the company for over sixty years and successfully guided it through various challenges, including privatisation after German reunification. In March 2023, Markus Radmacher took over the company as part of a retirement succession and continues the tradition of excellence and innovation.
