We,
Elektrotechnische Geräte Böhlitz-Ehrenberg GmbH, were founded in Leipzig in 1925 and manufacture slip ring assemblies, cable reels and low and medium voltage devices of various types.

You have:
eine completed training as an electrician, electronics technician, mechatronics technician or similar and have practical experience in the low and medium voltage range up to 35 kV?

Then you will enjoy the benefits:

Für welche Unternehmenskultur steht EGB?

Wir sind ein kleines Team,  das generationsübergreifend zusammenarbeitet. Häufig wechselnde Arbeiten an spannenden und innovativen Aufträgen bringen jede Menge Abwechslung in den Beruf. Unser Steckenpferd ist die Elektrifizierung von großen Baumaschinen – auch im Kontext der Energiewende. 

Welche Arbeitszeitenregelung gibt es? Und wie ist die Vergütung?

Wir arbeiten 38 Stunden pro Woche – der Freitag endet bei uns etwas früher.
Wir vergüten nach Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Jeder Mitarbeiter erhält darüber hinaus Urlaubs- und Weihnachtsgeld.

Gibt es Zusatzleistungen?

Selbstverständlich. Neben Weihnachts- und Urlaubsgeld gibt es noch weiterhin Grund zu feiern – wie Geburtstage, Weihnachten, Jubiläen und und und. Darüber hinaus hat man auf eine Einkaufsplattform mit tollen Angeboten Zugriff.
