LEVER LIMIT SWITCH, spindle limit switch and emergency stop switch
Application:
Lever limit switches and spindle limit switches are used as main and control current limit switches to automatically shut off electrically driven devices when a limit position is exceeded.
Mode of operation:
The switch is actuated by deflection (approach to the switching cam) of the switching lever. This causes the switching shaft with its switching disc to rotate. This rotary movement deflects a roller lever sideways, which in turn triggers the torque shift.
Structure:
- Narrow cast-metal housing
- Housing cover made of cast aluminium
- Threaded holes for cable entries
- Central torque switching with cam actuation
- Safety circuit with positive emergency shut-off in case of torque switching failure
- Shift shaft with ball bearings
- Camshaft and roller lever mounted in special plain bearings
